Help Them Adapt Instantly with My New Hire Guide to Success
Create a smooth transition from an educational setting into the professional world quickly.

Do any of these challenges with your new hire sound familiar?

I can train them on the technical skills, but I don’t have time to coach them on their “soft skills”

They don’t know how to manage their time and prioritize tasks

They need guidance on working independently and making some decisions on their own

They lack initiative to ask the right questions and take charge of their own learning

They struggle with effective communications to colleagues and clients

They require too much oversight and don’t take feedback well

“[real skill]-intensive occupations will account for two-thirds of all jobs by 2030.”

—Deloitte, 2017

Looking for help?

Today’s employers are hiring and training entry-level employees at a rapid pace. Often they find that formal education has not equipped graduates with the Real Skills they need to succeed – skills that allow new hires to assimilate quickly, collaborate effectively and work independently amidst business complexity. High-performing leaders hire me to solve this issue for them using my signature P.R.A.C.T.I.C.E. Method, and see fast results.

I start with getting to know your organizational culture, business goals and expectations of new hires. I then meet with each new hire in an exploratory session to ensure we are both comfortable with the coaching approach and guidelines. New hires then participate in six 1:1 sessions (60-minutes), with additional sessions upon request. I provide email and text support, plus supplemental resources and references, through the engagement. I meet with you, the employer, at the mid-point to ensure I am exceeding expectations.

If you are an employer who recognizes the need for coaching among your new hires and you don’t have the time to coach them yourself, reach out for a complimentary consultation.

Method, high-performing college students, recent grads, and young professionals seeking or early in their career become confident, prepared and ready to demonstrate the skills that every employer today really needs.
