Through on-demand coaching sessions and value packages, we help clients demonstrate their real skills in the application and interview process, and as they begin their first professional jobs. In 1:1 and small group sessions we practice those essential real skills through real-life scenarios and projects covering topics such as:

Accepting and utilizing critical feedback

Empathy (walking in another’s shoes to understand their position)

Interested students will be asked to complete a questionnaire.  Responses help me to focus on your biggest opportunities for growth.  Then, I offer a free one-hour orientation session to ensure you are comfortable with my coaching method and excited about the work we will do together.
